This mini workshop is for people who want to learn key elements for setting solid intentions. We will focus on setting the real goals you aspire to. I will shed some clarity and wisdom on intent and how it can be used as an element of power in your life. Setting intent is an opportunity to re-align with your soul, spirit and higher purpose. You will learn how to develop intent as we are being called to step into consciousness, our authentic self, heal and flow. This mini workshop offers the opportunity to be immersed in the original living wisdom of the Mother. This will be a small group; size limited to 5 - 8 people. Be prepared and Reflect on on your Intents before you arrive. I hold talks, gatherings & workshops to extend teachings, clarity and light in consciousness. This is for people who wish to bring back balance and harmony in their life. Remember, healing begins with ourselves first. It is the birth right of every soul, spirit & heart to experience and express life in very wise ways that brings fulfillment, love, pure consciousness and purpose. Recovering consciousness is about the remembering and re-organizing of our spirit, who we are authentically, our origin as a spirit and soul and to function as such. Due to the lifestyle changes in the last centuries most humans have suffered from the loss of recognizing who they really are; thus an impeccable coach or mentor is needed to bring back their consciousness and sense of self. Regine will give insight into such a process.
This is a mini workshop that will shed light on the fundamentals of the Mother’s Original Wisdom and her Consciousness. Teachings will address our spirit & soul in terms of energy, life-force so we may begin to use with clarity the sensitivity and power of the heart. We will engage in gaining insights about the care of the soul, being in the heart & elements of power. Teachings will cover our energy of creativity and vitality. Workshop may include teachings on, our sacred agreement, the luminous body, kundalini, sacred reciprocity, wise holistic ways of living, our Divine Mother, chakras & energy clearing.

An intro talk about our spirit and holding consciousness. This is in light of the fact that as human beings we are seeing that change is needed in our individual lives and community. My intent with this talk is to introduce people to the Original Living Wisdom of the Divine Mother from time immemorial, the beginning of time.
The Divine Mother gave us tools and elements to recover our spirit, consciousness, to develop as souls. A process is called for to recover our spirit in association with the Great Mother of everything. There is no better time than now to start. My intent is to pass clarity from my experience, spiritual integrity and consciousness to sincere souls and hearts.
We will speak about the history of the soul. It will include some explanation of our energy body; the luminous body, chakra system, kundalini & cosmic influences and how important it is we heal energetically. This talk is designed to assist people gain some insights in to their soul’s origin and purpose.
Doors open at 19:30 for a 20:00 start.
